The Identity Home Audit is a personal 1:1 online consultation service. It includes a pre-call questionnaire, a 90-minute video call, a personalised prioritised action plan, a personal voice note summary, an identity moodboard, and one room concept mockup for a room of your choice.

The service is delivered online and is available worldwide. Sessions are conducted via video call on Google Meet.

The service commences immediately upon purchase with the delivery of your pre-call questionnaire. By completing your purchase you acknowledge that the service begins at this point.

After purchase you will receive an email with your questionnaire link and a booking link to schedule your call. You are responsible for completing your questionnaire and booking your session within 60 days of purchase. Sessions not booked within this period are forfeited without refund.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your call, please contact us at hello@soulspacemama.com at least 48 hours before your scheduled session. We will do our best to find an alternative time. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may result in forfeiture of your session.

This is a personal 1:1 service. Due to the bespoke and immediately commencing nature of this service, all sales are final once the pre-call questionnaire has been delivered.

Sessions that have taken place are non-refundable under any circumstances.

If you have not yet received your questionnaire or booked your session and wish to cancel, please contact us at hello@soulspacemama.com within 48 hours of purchase and we will review your request. Refunds in this circumstance are at our discretion.

EU consumers: By completing your purchase you confirm that you have been informed of and agree to waive your 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law, as the service commences immediately upon purchase with the delivery of the pre-call questionnaire.

Your pre-call questionnaire is delivered immediately after purchase. Your post-session documents including your action plan, voice note, identity moodboard and room mockup are delivered within 48 hours of your session taking place.

To get the most from your audit you are responsible for completing your questionnaire honestly and thoroughly before the call, providing real unstyled photos of your home as requested, showing up to your scheduled session on time, and engaging openly in the process.

All materials delivered to you as part of your audit including your action plan, moodboard and room concept are created for your personal use only. They may not be shared, resold or reproduced without our written permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes arising from your purchase or use of our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Danish courts.
