SoulSpace Mama is operated by Signe Marie Dahm Harre, based in Denmark. We offer personal 1:1 online consultations under the offer name The Identity Home Audit.

When you purchase from us we collect your first name and email address. We use this information solely to:

• Process your purchase and deliver your service.

• Send you your pre-call questionnaire and session booking link.

• Deliver your post-session documents including your action plan, voice note, moodboard and room concept.

• Communicate with you about your booking.

If you have opted in to receive marketing emails from us, we will also use your email address to send occasional inspiration, updates and offers from SoulSpace Mama. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email.

Your data is stored securely within Systeme.io, our platform provider. Payment processing is handled by Stripe and PayPal, both of which are PCI-DSS compliant. We do not store your payment card details. We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

We keep your contact information for as long as necessary to deliver your service and comply with our legal obligations. If you would like your data deleted, contact us at hello@soulspacemama.com and we will action it within 30 days.

Under GDPR you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request corrections, request deletion, and withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@soulspacemama.com.

Our checkout pages use strictly necessary functional cookies placed by Systeme.io and our payment processors. These cookies are required for the checkout process to work and do not track you for advertising purposes.
